With over twenty years of global recruiting experience, we work with law firms that either do not have an internal recruitment resourcing capability, or they need extra resourcing help.
Effectively, we act as a flexible extension to a firms’ own talent acquisition department and charge for our time only, therefore dramatically reducing external recruitment spend.
Our most recent assignment was with a top tier international firm where we managed to reduce their recruitment costs by £160k over three months by reducing their reliance on external agencies.
